DELIVERY INFORMATION
STANDARD DELIVERY: 5-7 working days - DPD
Once an order has been placed on our website, we are not able to cancel it. Please refer to our returns and refund policy for more information.
At Shearer Candles, we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care – to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition – and in a timely fashion.
Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excluding the Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by FedEx. These deliveries will be made between 3-7 working days and will not require a signature. DPD will contact you with a delivery window on the day of delivery and there will be options to add a safe place or deliver to a neighbour or parcel shop if you are not at home. A card will be left if you are not in, directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point. In exceptional circumstances charges may occur on parcels bound for Islands offshore and Scottish Highlands - please contact us for further information.
*Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in UK.
