Q. How can I find out when my order will arrive or get an update on its dispatch?
A. We pack all orders by hand and we aim to dispatch them on the day they are made if possible. Delivery normally takes between 3 to 5 working days. We do offer a next day guaranteed delivery for most parts of the United Kingdom if a customer requires it. We’ll reply directly to you and give you an update. Please realise that sometimes deliveries are held up, usually through no fault of yours or ours, that number is tiny though, the vast majority of our deliveries arrive well within their allotted time. Weather, public holidays and indeed human error can all play a part, we personally investigate all issues with delivery though.
