A. Yes, if you can describe the fragrance, remember the colour or any other aspect of the packaging we’ll probably be able to work it out. Lastly if you want to send the empty diffuser or one of the reeds to us we’ll be able to tell by the fragrance. We’ve some very highly developed ‘noses’ here, creating some of our scented candles is a real art and it takes a long time to master.
