Duties : Ensure the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring it is trading effectively Meet the stores monthly targets and KPI’s, ensuring all figures declared are accurate Be comfortable and confident in handling all customer queries and complaints Cash up in accordance with company guidelines at all times Reporting any discrepancies to Head Office asap Ensure that all staff are actively promoting and presenting all products using company sales techniques including advising customers on product suitability and care and use of products Being an ambassador for Shearer Candles Extensive product knowledge Merchandising Individual Criteria : Flexible working hours A passion for customer service Professional & well presented with an outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Ability to motivate, support and encourage staff Genuine desire to succeed, a “can do” approach Keeps calm under pressure, polite and even tempered Experience in managing a team is desirable Happy to work by oneself and as part of a team Start: ASAP To apply, please get in touch: Shearer Candles | 23 Robert St | Govan | G51 3HB | 0141 445 1014 Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: £8.00 /hour
