Planning Our New Shop
With only a few days to go until we open our new Christmas pop-up shop in one of Glasgow’s most stylish shopping destinations – Princes Square - Shearer Candles is in serious planning mode!
For most of you this will be the first time you have heard our exciting news, but for us at Shearer Candles we have been planning and organising for months.
With the lease only just signed we’ve been unable to shout about it (of course we have let it slip to some of our shop customers, friends and family) but it has been so difficult to keep secret! A month ago we visited the empty unit at Princes Square for the first time and fell in love.
It is perfect for a Christmas candle shop; its spacious, light, has wonderful shop front windows, a fabulous counter and shelving, great storage and wait for it…. an actual fireplace – what more could we ask for?!
Our creative minds went into overdrive, with our heads full of winter garlands, Christmas table settings and decorations in golds, reds, glitters and of course candle light, so we set to work planning and designing our shop.
As I write we are busy making, decorating and embellishing our beautiful candles. We have a fabulous selection of gifts, lanterns, holders and accessories at the ready and now all we need to do is put the finishing touches to the shop and invite you in!
