Q: How are candles delivered?
A: Our candles are hand packed by ourselves here at Shearer Candles. We’ve a lot of experience sending candles around the world and pride ourselves on making sure your candles arrive safely and quickly. We use a commercial courier service for all UK mainland orders. These normally take between 3 to 5 working days although we’ve a next day delivery option available too. We deliver globally too, delivery times vary depending on your location.
If you are out when the package is delivered a note will be left for you with contact information so you can arrange to either collect or redeliver the candles at an appropriate time.
